Last month on July 15th, we gathered with 40 other wine connoisseurs at Lynfred Winery in Roselle, IL to raise funds for families that struggle to give WHS children the absolute best care possible. It was also a time to share information about Wolf-Hirshhorn and what it means to our families. The event was a success and everyone had a chance to indulge in the fine wines, cheese and chocolates.

It looks like everyone had a great time! Kendall is a beauty and I am sure was the star of the event! I think it is wonderful what you are doing and we hope to be able to contribute to the cause in the future!
I was so happy that Frank and I were able to be there, and it was great to be able to meet you and your family. Your family was the first WHS family I had had the opportunity to meet, and it was such a blessing to see how happy and interactive your sweet Kendall is. I just loved how she stroked little Frank’s arm and loved on the baby the way three-year-old girls do. I hope that we will be able to get together again soon.
Heather, I’m so glad you made it out and had a chance to meet Kendall. I’m sure this is all new to you, but you’ll adjust and Frank will be a great addition to your family. It was so hectic and I am bummed that we weren’t able to get a picture of Kendall and Frank. We’ll have to get together again and make that happen…
