Can anyone recommend a good car seat? Larger child, so he will not fit in a traditional car seat anymore. He is 60 pounds, 10 years old. He can not sit up on his own, so he needs one with a harness. Thanks!

We use a Britax Traveler: http://www.adaptivemall.com/brtrpl1.html It is not a cheap car seat, but we got it paid for by our Medicaid.
