Check out Riley with her walker!

Thought I would add an update on our little Riley Roo. Riley is 22 months and doing amazing. She is crawling everywhere and walking with her walker on her own. She responds to so many commands and can follow the actions to many songs. She is nosy about everything I am doing and tries to “help” whenever she can. She spends most of the day laughing and smiling. We haven’t heard any words yet, but am hopefully that they are on their way. Medically, she is doing great. She still has an ASD but the cardiologist doesn’t want to see her again for 18 months. She has had two short febrile seizures, but we have seen no effect from either. She is healthy and active and strong. We are still using her g-tube for all feedings, but she is more interested in eating orally. So we hope one of these days we can transition to a more oral diet. We recently found out her is going to have a little brother so her world is about to be rocked!!!

We keep a private blog due to my husband currently being deployed, but if you would like to follow Riley, please send me an e-mail with your e-mail address to
